bi-Studentenclub: Whisky-Workshop
Interesse an hochwertigem Whisky, aber noch keine Gelegenheit ihn kennen zu lernen? Hier ist die Chance dazu.
In gemütlicher Runde verkosten wir vier unterschiedliche Geschmacksrichtungen.
Dabei unterhalten wir uns darüber, was Whisky eigentlich ist, woher er kommt und wie man diese
Edelspirituose am besten genießen kann.
Unkostenbeitrag: 8€ - Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Der Workshop dauert etwa 3 Stunden
bi-Studentenclub: Cocktail Mix & Taste
Pina Colada, Caipi und Co.: Ein gut gemixter Cocktail, mit oder ohne Alkohol, darf auf keiner Party fehlen. Dabei ist die Zubereitung von Cocktails eine der anspruchsvollsten Tätigkeiten in unseren Studentenclubs. Wer sich mit dieser sehr anspruchsvollen und spannenden Tätigkeit näher beschäftigen möchte, erhält in diesem Workshop einen Überblick über das elementare Wissen sowie viel praktische Übung im Zubereiten der gängigsten und klassischen Cocktails.
Zunächst werden die klassischen Cocktailrezepte besprochen und die verschiedenen Zutaten (Spirituosen, Säfte, Sirup usw.) mit ihren Besonderheiten kennengelernt.
Anschließend geht es um die wichtigsten Arbeitsgeräte hinter der Bar, die für das Zubereiten von Cocktails benötigt werden. Verschiedene Zubereitungsmethoden, z.B. shaken, rühren usw., sind ebenso Bestandteil des Workshops wie die Auswahl des richtigen Glases und der Dekoration.

- Kleine Warenkunde über Equipment, Zutaten, Spirituosen und Gläser
- Kennenlernen verschiedener Homemade Cocktails
- Heranführung an den Shaker, Jigger und das Sieb
- Mixen lernen von Cocktails und Drinks
- Tipps und Tricks sowie Dos und DONTs, was den Umgang mit Arbeitsgeräten, Zutaten, Dekoration usw. betrifft.
Ein Unkostenbeitrag von 5€ wird erhoben.

In a relaxed atmosphere we taste four different flavors.
We will talk about what whisky actually is, where it comes from and how you can best enjoy this fine spirit.

bi-Studentenclub: Cocktail Mix & Taste
"Pina Colada, Caipi and Co.: A well-mixed cocktail, with or without alcohol, should not be missing at any party. The preparation of cocktails is one of the most demanding activities in our student clubs. If you want to learn more about this very demanding and exciting activity, this workshop will give you an overview of the elementary knowledge as well as a lot of practical practice in preparing the most common and classic cocktails.
First, the classic cocktail recipes will be discussed and the various ingredients (spirits, juices, syrup, etc.) with their special features will be learned. Afterwards, the most important tools behind the bar, which are needed for the preparation of cocktails, are discussed. Different preparation methods, e.g. shaking, stirring, etc., are part of the workshop as well as the selection of the right glass and decoration.
